Her passion for raising the levels of qualified graduates has helped make Universal Spa Training Academy a recognized leader in education. As a Licensed Aesthetician, Licensed Massage Therapist, Florida midwife and spa owner, she inspires and motivates the educational team and students alike. As a spa owner, Felicia knows the struggle of getting a quality education and the value of staying busy all year round. She has first-hand experience on the importance of properly trained employees as well as the need for multi-licensed employees. Felicia's caring nature toward the students represents the focus and passion she puts into their education and training.
	Chris Tyler . Co-Founder / Director Client relations, media relations and creative marketing are but a few of Chris's special talents. He provides operational oversight to the school's 12,000 square feet of training space. His experience as a business owner paired with his work with Fortune 500 companies gives the school the professional management style and public relations direction needed to stay the best in the market.
	Ms. Angie . Aesthetics Program Educator Ms. Angie gains high marks from her students for her passion and educational approach in the classroom. Ms. Angie's has a 100% pass rate for her students taking the State exam.
	Ms. Kristin . Aesthetics Program Educator Ms. Kristin is a wonderful addition to our Aesthetics staff. Students respond to her warm approach and willingness to help students in and out of the classroom. Ms. Kristin brings years of experience as a practicing esthetician into the classroom. Students consistently praise Ms. Kristin and her approach to teaching.
	Ms. Marissa . Nail Technology Educator Mrs. Marissa is a master educator with gels and acrylics through Backscratchers Salon Systems and also an extraordinary educator with OPI. The students are always thrilled to have Mrs. Marissa share her knowledge.
	Ms. Jean . Massage Educator LMT - AAAS - CD-DONA -ICCE-CD Ms. Jean brings years of massage education and experience to the school and its students. Ms. Jean graduated with honors with a degree in therapeutic massage. She is excellent in multiple modalities and is also a certified doula and childbirth educator assisting in over 150 births. Ms. Jean's experience spans over 10 years and we are proud to have her instructing our students.
	Dr. John . Massage Science Educator Everyone loves Dr. John and his approach to anatomy . Students constantly commend his teaching style and relaxed classroom. Dr. John brings a great wealth of knowledge to our students. Dr. John was a massage therapist before becoming a chiropractor which gives him great insight into making sure students understand topics.
